By Approving - you agree to the following conditions: PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY!!! Once you approve this proof, full responsibility is YOURS.  You Agree that you have reviewed the Invoice and all Sizes, Quantities, Products and colors are Correct and Approved. 1. You understand that your order cannot begin production until the order, artwork & PROOF have been approved, and that our minimum lead time for production is 7-10 days after the approvals have been made, unless otherwise noted. 2. All prepress work, including but not limited to screens, artwork, films and embroidery are the sole property of Alive Print Shop. The Invoice must be paid in full to begin productions. Once approved and paid the order can not be canceled or refunded. Customer supplied goods are "SUPPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK". The cost of customer supplied good will not be refunded, credited or replaced in any way. In the event of a misprint, only the printing cost is refunded.

We have an industry standard 3% spoilage rate. In the event of a misprint the items WILL NOT be reprinted. The misprinted items can be refunded or credited.

Orders over 30 days will not be refunded, reprinted, credited or replaced for any reason. Please check your order and contact us with in 30 days if you have any questions or concerns.
